Anybody know when these films are coming to blu ray? Goodnight they're taking forever!
Anybody know when these films are coming to blu ray? Goodnight they're taking forever!
I received a survey not too lately from I believe it was Amazon inquiring as to what my next Blu Ray purchases would be. Bad Boys and Bad Boys 2 was on that survey so I could only guess they may be coming out soon. As far as Armageddon goes, I believe someone else already answered that question...
Oh wait.. I found where I saw it at.. There's a survey on the official Sony Playstation site from HarrisPollOnline here:
http://www.sonypictures.com/homevideo/bluray/survey/
One of the questions is this:
Which of these titles are you most interested in purchasing on Blu-ray DiscTM? You may pick up to three titles.
And it lists these movies...
xXx2 - State of the Union, Boyz in the Hood, Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Maid in Manhattan, Radio, Hook, The Order, Jumanji, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Leon - The Professional, Basic, Double Team, Men in Black, Fright Night, The One, The Wedding Planner, 13 Going On 30, Air Force One, Johnny Mnemonic, Bad Boys 2, Snatch, The Craft, A River Runs Through It, Nowhere to Run, The Grudge, Dark Crystal, Dogma, Guess Who, Ghosts of Mars, Charlie's Angels 2, Stand By Me, Lawrence of Arabia, Mr. Deeds, Big Daddy, Mask of Zorro, A League of Their Own, Fun With Dick & Jane, Sleepless in Seattle, Darkness Falls, Something's Gotta Give, Daddy Day Care, Universal Soldier, Panic Room, The Forgotten, Labyrinth, Are We There Yet?, Christmas With The Kranks, Bad Boys, Anger Management, My Best Friend's Wedding, Mona Lisa, Smile, Jerry Maguire, Anacondas, and Ghandi.
So I don't know if this was an error or an indication that it will be coming out soon. I hope the latter![]()

unless it's already being made...
at least give us a sign that Armageddon is on it's way! It's not like it was some low B film for cryin' out loud! That film made well over $200m in the box office didn't it?
Doesn't necessarily equate to quality there. If and when I ever get the chance to meet Mr. Bay, I'll be more than happy to tell him that Armageddon is the one movie of his I cannot even tolerate. And not even for the scientific inaccuracies (which I don't give a rat's ass about) - it's simply FAR too cliched and formulaic to stomach more than once. To me, Armageddon is Michael Bay during the transition period from catepillar to butterfly, when he's still in the cocoon.

...Then do it.
"It's not easy being a Michael Bay fan. In contemporary society you could be an overweight, disabled, lesbian, African-American Jew who smokes, and still you wouldn't be as discriminated against as much as someone who positively adores Armageddon."
