Back to work. I feel a customers_suck post coming on...

I thought you wrote articles in a column about food recipes...

Here's another recipe for ya.. Don't laugh.. I'm sure you'll think its ridiculous.. but try it... you might like it.. I know of a lot of people that I've shared with like it. Anyways.. I'm sure you've had Grilled Cheese sandwiches right? And you've had peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches right? (Unless you're allergic to nuts) Anywhos.. my brother was allergic to milk so my mom changed things up a bit and it was great! Make a regular PB and J sandwich.. butter the outsides.. and grill it like a grilled cheese sandwich..!!! Instant Yumminess!!!

Well you could do what the operator for Dell once did to a lady.

Conversation went something like this:

Op: Hello Ma'am, how are you today?
Cust: Not too good, I can't get my computer to work.
Op: What seems to be the problem with it?
Cust: I don't know! It just won't turn on!
Op: Well, do you see the button on the computer for the on/off feature? Push it to check to see if its on
Cust: Ok, I did it, still nothing
Op: is the light for your monitor on?
Cust: no
Op: Press the button to turn on the monitor at the on/off switch
Cust: Still nothing works
Op: Are the cords all plugged in?
Cust: Yes
Op: Lets go thru all the connections properly (discusses with customer which cord goes where)
Cust: Yes they are all hooked up correctly
Op: Ok ma'am, is it plugged into the wall?
Cust: I don't know?
Op: Well get behind the computer and check it out
Cust: I can't see anything.
Op: Why is that ma'am?
Cust: It's too dark.
Op: Well turn on the light ma'am
Cust: I can't
Op: Why is that ma'am
Cust: Because the power went out
Op: Ahhhhhhh.. I see what the problem is...
Cust: Whats that?
Op: Do you still have the box?
Cust: yes
Op: What I want you to do, is unplug all of your hardware, and place it back into the box, and return it to the store
Cust: Why, is it defective?
Op: No Ma'am, it's because you're TOO STUPID TO OWN A COMPUTER!!!!!!

I think that Operator got fired.. oh well..
