comic relief? shia's character got that aspect down pretty well I thought. But hell...as long as they don't pull any 'charlie the unicorn' stunts *shudders* I can't see it being too over done.
personally I think we need to consult The Ninja on this.![]()
This is Ferngully, bitch!
So much for a darker, more mature sequel.
Is this false info or is this the real deal?
why would he need a comic relif sidekick. Shia usually plays that role in one form or another. He's funny enough.
They should hire that kid from the Jackie Chan movie Forbidden Kingdom, cause I wanna see him and Shia can stand next to each other.
They should hire Short Round for the next Transformers, just to be awesome.
Jonah Hill? uhh.. no.
I think after the nay-saying for the first installment of TF we should give Michael Bay the benefit of the doubt on just about everything. I had my doubts about the first movie, but for future installments I will take the resulting first film as credential enough to never sling dumb crap about Bay's choices again.
Teresa Palmer should also be included.![]()
Okay, now the obvious thing to do with Jonah's character would be to have a scene with Jonah looking shocked as he watches an Autobot transform as Shia stands next to him grinning.
But how about the opposite? How about Jonah never seeing a robot transform....he keeps barely missing it! Like Bumblebee would transform and roll out, then the next second Jonah walks in. That'd be awesome.![]()
I just keep thinking about his big fat mouth in Superbad and how I definitely don't want to see him in Transformers. Anthony Andersen and Bernie Mac had big enough mouths in the first movie, but they actually fit into it and made it good.. well I didn't care for the way Bernie chuckled.. his.. ugh ugh ugh laugh or whatever ya call it.. but Anthony Andersen.. loved him.. then again I like him even though he's said to be kind of a cheesy character role actor such as in Kangaroo Jack, but then again, I loved Kangaroo Jack.. I think it has something to do with loving Australia, and Kangaroos, and dingos, and my dogs (an Aussie and an Australian Cattle Dog..)
I'm just saying I don't care to speculate as to who will be or who will not be in the next movie, but rather wait until the actual movie comes out (despite my impatience). Instead of spinning around the obvious that we DON'T really know anything about the next episode, its kind of pointless to talk about something as if its real when we don't know if it is or isn't, ya know?
