Same here.. I used to go to Botcon every year when all of the locations were in the midwest (Minnesota, Chicago, Ft Wayne) and the weekend only cost about $150 for the entire package with toys. Hotel and food and any thing else bought of course was extra, but of course we'd get a deal on the hotel if Botcon made a deal with it, sometimes getting an extra toy just for staying at that hotel like the year we got Sunstreaker. Now its what.. like $260 for a package, not to add that its down in Texas which would be a 20 hour drive for me, and at $3.56 a gallon.. its just not worth it.
