New Iron Man Teaser poster

The poster looked more like I was looking at a car ad poster and not iron man, his eye looking more like the headlight of a car.
The poster was "eh" to me but the movie has potential from what I saw in the sneak peek.

Not impressed but it does its job. I like the full body shot one better. I've never been a fan of the half-head "look-at-me-i'm-a-badass" headshot.
The composition of the poster is crap. It's an Iron Man movie for crying out loud, the biggest selling point is the suit, show it!

No way! It's a teaser poster. It doesn't need to show the full suit and it doesn't need to be fancy. It's way cool. That other poster was never officially put on the market.
For the life of me, I will never know why people insist on showing robot eyes glow. the point of optics is to receive light, not emit it.... and yes, it bothers me in Transformers as well.

In the G1 cartoon they could emit lasers or images through their eyes, they are machines capable of changing themselves just like when bumblebee's hands also changed into a weapon.
Otherwise when Megatron was frozen in Antarctica how else could he have conveyed the information regarding the location of the allspark ?

I'm not saying that lenses that receive light could not also emit light. Just showing Iron Man's half face in a teaser is pointless I think. We all know what Iron Man looks like and you did build a spectacular suit so why not show exactly how amazing it is and draw people in. When there's a superman movie you know who they show on the poster? Superman! Not just the damn side of his head.
