I said "cameo" would be nice.As far as acting??Count me out.I have no training and would be like Will Farrell on the Ballad of Ricky Bobby.I would look into the camera like a deer at headlights and raise my hands in front like if they are rising on their own.LOL!!!

You know, there was a time when I asked Bay if I could work on TF2 for free. Well, guess what, they have a BIG budget and the level of work anybody off this site would mostly be doing would require only minimal pay, so yeah, I wanna get payed for being a P.A. or floor runner, everybody else does and half of them dont even do it well, or really want it, it's just nepitism. So why should I not get paid while the spoiled kids do? Isnt that what a budget is for?

Honestly, what do I say, yeah, I was P.A. on TF2, that aint gonna get you anywhere! And P.A.s dont really have time to network on set. But I still really want a job Mike........

Just out of curiosity, what if Bay chose a small hand full of fans to help out, what do you suppose he would have us do?
I guess, what do YOU have that can contribute to a big hollywood production?

On a side note, if Bay did select some people, and didnt pay them, then thats pretty fuckin shaddy.

Thats sounds peachy, really it does, but the industry doesn't work that way on the level that Bay is at.

I think it would be stellar if Bay did give some folks on here some stuff to do on TF2.
And yeah raddimus, I just finished a production in L.A. last weekend. I hate the industry. And yeah, have swam in it a little but prefer to remain independent till next year so I can learn more faster. I'm not sure what you being in L.A. has to do with anything. Alotta people live there.

My main point I guess is that it IS an industry and there are people who spend many years and some there whole lives as P.A.s So really, who would you rather hire Steve Aquino and Barry Curtis, two people who just finished on the new Indiana movie and are VERY experienced at what they do, P.A.

Hmmm, If I were Bay, I'd probably go for the guys who just wrapped with Speilberg as appose to some fans on the web.
But if there was a job for us to do, I doubt anybody on here would turn it down. I hope Bay might try to bring some fans on board in some way.

I would do anything to be a part of this film. But what do I know, I'm just a lone ranger living in the sticks in the town of Nowhereland, NY.

What I can do now is offer best and heartiest wishes to the crew for the film's continued success, because I'm busy with my own job.

You know what, we do contribute to this more than you know. Bay does check out these forums often and sees what people have to say.

The man is busy, but also aware and listening. So, to a small degree, we do our part for him with suggestions, questions and such. He pays attention.

But man, Mike, I would work for free, I wanted to get in under Elene Page in the art department because thats where my strong suit is. But it probably wont happen. Hell, I'd sand down molds if they'd let me.

I dunno, Bay really could create a small thing with about 25 fans to bring them aboard, but reality check, it is a production and the most important thing is producing the project. Not recruting fans of Bay or TF for crew main stream member jobs.

Perhaps NELSON... maybe you can set something up for say maybe 1 person to be on the set for a few days up in L.A. Even if it's second unit. Maybe a Bay fan film contest or somethin???

Doubt you'll run it through to the boss, but that would pick up alot more support for Bay and his projects, but I guess you don't need it when you have $200+mil. in your bank account. Just an idea, and really want on this production as I have sent you p.m.s in the past.

lol dude that kind of shit would never happen.....it's one thing to be allowed to be an extra to populate the background...which would never happen anyways....but not to do actual production work....thats silly =P

I do not know anything about filming and would not request a job.Reason #1 I'm not that pretty of a man,#2 I have no filming experience. An appearance would be nice in the background to validate our time and events that occured with the Local law-enforcement.I am just a fan.I just hope that Transformers 2 Rocks!!!

You could pay him to be part of the film, like Tyrese Gibson

1-3 seconds of film screen time would be more than enough for most us, as long as it doesn't get cut out in the final edit

Even being a completely unrecognizable bystander that the camera just happened to catch would make me happy.

BTW, is it far from NM to L.A. ?

Don't you think it's fun to plan beforehand how to get there if you'd be invited?
If you'll drive that car, it seems to me you might want to hide the light bar and police decals till you get there.
And have you decided what to wear and how to talk Mike?
