I dont see the point of Daylight Saving. Its annoying here in Australia you have to wake up 1 hour earlier and it fucks up your sleeping patterns in the first couple of nights.

I don't know... If one hour less brings your planning crashing down...maybe DST ain't the problemBut actually, I can sympathize - I used to finish most of my papers for college at 9 a.m. on the day of handing them in.

As you grow older, your body requires less and less sleep....I'm well used to 5 hrs or less! Every couple weeks or so, I do get a chance to sleep 6-7 hrs straight
