Toronto, and Hamilton Ontario (my home city) are great locations for filming. Hint Hint..nudge, nudge

They filmed parts of the first x-men in Hamilton.....The train Station scene.......and I remember seeing a catapult near Burlington Ontario that was used to launch The melting senator into the Lake. I Had no idea what it was at the time...

I hear a hummer was launched into an old building in Hamilton as well for the Upcoming Hulk movie as well!

I had mentioned to Raddimus one day about finding the site for extras to apply.I would like to be the holographic police officer in Barricade...LOL...for free. When they hire extras around here, they usually announce it on our local radio station. We are a small town.

Link to a Philly site talking about Bay in town.

    'Transformers 2' here?

Philly's burgeoning film industry might be in for another big-budget transformation. Director Michael Bay, scouting for the sequel to Transformers, was spotted yesterday on the campuses of the University of Pennsylvania and Girard College. Transformers 2, with Shia LaBeouf expected to return, is due in theaters in June 2009.

Hmm.. Seems nothing gets filmed in Iowa.... unless its a Baseball film (Field of Dreams / The Final Season), a film about stupid bridges.. (Bridges of Madison County), or stupid bat like stingrays that attach themselves to people to take control of them.. (Puppet Masters)... Yes.. yes.. its pretty lame here.. But.. we have tractors and cow tipping... yup yup..

    New York City?
I know it costs alot of money to film in the city, that is why Chicago has been getting more action ( Spiderman trilogy )...
Anyways, I think Bay needs to come to New York City.
Anyways, I'm glad Bay has finally come to the Northeast...welcome !
