Default Online filmmaking or film school?

Online filmmaking is cheaper. If you don't have time on your hands, then that's for you. I still recommend going to a film school though. Nothing beats hands on and watching how the professionals do it.

If you want to be "Great" at what you do...School will only help you be good at it...or average at best.

When you take the initiative to try new things, and do things your way, There will be a greater chance of success....if there's any talent to begin with

Thumbs up Re: Online filmmaking or film school?

There are film schools with short term courses. My cousin is actually in the Philippines now, taking this 3-month filmmaking course at the International Academy of Film and Television in Cebu.
