Whoa whoa...wait a moment. It's Knight Rider first off.... (no hard feelings)

Val Kilmer's not voicing KITT. I know it's not Kilmer, but I don't know who it is. I read the EW article on it. They gave it a good review.

And KITT is a Shelby Mustang, which looks purdy sweet to me.

And the Hoff makes an appearance in it.

But yeah, I'm not sure what to think of it either.

LOL, I liked the original series as a kid...Can't believe I spelled it wrong.....maybe I had Madmax on the back of my mind....anywho....I read in the paper today that kilmer was doing the voice....but who cares really. I wonder if he'll be sporting the ol' turbo boost button???

As long as Hoff doesn't start singing...it should be watchable

As long as the Hoff doesn't drink and sing, it'll be okay.

I'll find out who voices KITT in a moment.

Okay, WTF? When did Kilmer become the voice? I read that nowhere in the EW article! =0!!!

Yes its Val. It was the Dude from arrested Development. But Contract Issues with GM caused him to jump ship.

Kilmer is his replacement as of this morning's news.

Knight Rider was my #1 fav show of all time as a kid. And I still hold memories in high regard despite seeing how incredibly cheesy it all looks now. But the one thing that isn't cheese. is KITT. The car made the show.

I was hoping Knight Rider would get a rehash from scratch into the big screen with dark/ serious tones like the new Batman flicks. But they decided to go the way of family action flick.... grrrr. I'm worried.

Interesting. I guess Kilmer's desperate. LOL

The Hoff is going to reprise his role as Michael Knight, so I guess that'd be right.

    ROTFL

Mr. T is how old now?

    Oh that would be funny.

How 'bout calling it the "AARP Team?'

*disclaimer: this is not targeted at any AARP members of this board.*

My initial guess, is that it's gonna suck the likes of the new Terminator series.

    But we'll see.

Yeah, as stated above, conflict of interest issues occurred with Arnett voicing the Ford-based KITT (he does the VO for the GMC truck ads). That sucks, they could've hammered that out before he taped the entire pilot.

But Val sounds pretty cool in the new TV spots, so again, we'll see.

    Talking Re: Soooooo....umm, Night Rider...

I don't know. It might be cool to watch with my nephew.
As for the terminator.I started out thinking it was ok but not all that but after five episodes I started to get into it.the writing got a bit better.and I personally didn't think they would be able to keep up the budget along the lines of special effect...apparrently I was wrong.

I say hoff should be the voice of kitt, lol,jk.

LOL..Leno's always good for a few laughs. Liked the comments about drinking and driving...the cop-chase bit,...lol, and then he scrapes the front skirt on the driveway

The only thing wrong with Kitt is having a spoiler and a wing combo...wtf..did he steal that idea from the romanian prostreeters???

1 wing that goes up or down...that's all it needs

This shit looks AWFUL! Editing is bad, sound design is awful, and the acting sucks.

It appears to be the case. I also find it funny that the KR clips are followed by clips of the Terminator show...

    Mistake #2.

IMDB=Wikipedia of Movie info. Plus it happened after Arnett recored his VO work, so IMDB is probably slow in updating it.

All I can say is Doc Holiday... that was amazing.

Also Salton Sea didn't get much recognition was a drugstore cowboy type of film. Loved them both.

    MUST SEE:
    Dallas 362
    Salton Sea
    Alpha Dog
    London
    Brick
I have a few others, but it is the new look at where films need to go for there to be an original experience for goers of this generation. 1980's born at least would get it.
