Honestly, I myself don't want to see long long conversation scenes in Transformers games.

Maybe MMORPG style is more suitable for the Transformers RPG. Freely roaming Cybertron or Earth would be fun!

The release of Mass Effect in Japan seems to be not yet scheduled. So I'll try to get the English version.
not checking this game out would be a VERY bad idea. This game is one of the best i've played in a long time. The writing is absolutely amazing. Everyone I've talked to is amazed at how good it is. Probably the best writing i na video game I've ever played to date. The choice of being good or bad is VERY fleshed out in this, and you have to make tough decisions in this game. Decisions that effect a lot. Amazing what they have done. My only complaint is there are technical issues like lots of loading and texture pop in's...but when a game is pushing graphics as far as this game, you can easily forgive it.

Yes....gaming without the long conversations keep them short and sweet!

I'm being lazy, but which platforms is the game available for?

XBOX 360...i just beat the game like 5 mins ago and holy shit! I have not had a more fulfilling and pleasurable gaming experience like this in the longest time, if ever. I don't mean for this to sound nerdy or corny...but games like that are the reason I'm a gamer. Easily a new milestone in story telling for video games.

    Here's the trailer:

Maybe it's taking a long time to translate if it has a ton of dialogue. The release of Oblivion was like that.
So I and my husband have two packs of Oblivion. U.S. version and Japanese.

Oblivion is awesome. I haven't beaten it, or come anywhere close to it. but it's awesome. But Mass Effect is a MUCH MUCH better RPG then Oblivion. I'm just worried that the localization into Japanese isn't going to be as good as the English. Cause holy crap it's amazing writing.

    P.S.

i'm so drunk right now >_<

it was a bitch just trying to get everything spelled right lol

open play? you mean an action RPG like Kingdom Hearts or Phantasy Star?

Yes, it means "sky", quite epicene.

American teens often ask me "Oh, are you a fan of Kingdom Hearts?" Even I've been going by this name before KH came out.
The guy directing KH is an old friend of mine too. (We're good ol' Squaresoft alumni/ae.)

    And quite beautiful as well

By the way, just curious, how would my name sound in japanese?

Although it's quite off the topic..

    Sora-No-Yamaneko.
But usually we make English proper noun go into Japanized English. (e.g. Sky Lynx=Sukai Rinkusu)

    Oh, thank you, very interesting

Yes, i noticed those peculiar word transformations. In Last Exile anime, for example, they used european names that sounded different with such modifications

    Yup...Good ol GW

.... mind you, our former Prime Minister Jean Chretien was hilarious as well

When he spoke, he always looked like a cartoon character on TV....But where else in the world can some civilian get close enough to a country's leader only to get punched in the face.....so much for Security!

....and Good Morning Sora ....I forgot about the time difference...you're just waking up, And I'll be going to bed soon

    Cool!

Since I can't read Japanese, exactly what is the premise of the game?

It might be because some of us were staff of very early FFs.

    Aww, speaking of Final Fantasy:

I was in Anaheim for the launch of the new game, and good God those people are nuts!

They were dressed up as characters from the new game....just wow. And a whole lot of people were there.
