Click print screen which should be shown as prt sc on your keyboard then paste the image in paint, after that upload it to photobucket or other image hosting site and select image code.

Try using attachments (when you post, look at the "Additional Options" panel below and click manage Attachments) or upload it to a website (i am using http://imageshack.us/) then type [IMG]*link to the image*[/IMG] and will show up.
