in my personal opinion i wish the TF4 would not be made in 3D.

This the victory Michael Bay had promised us many years ago !!!
Two years ago I would've said "No".
But after seeing "Dark of the Moon" in 3D (and loving the hell out of it) I will now say "Yes"...I definitely want "Transformers 4" to be a 3D movie. Shot with 3D cameras of course. The feeling of watching "Dark of the Moon" in 3D was simply amazing - that format made the movie even better for me - and I certainly wouldn't mind experiencing all of that again with "Transformers 4".
"You know why the departures and the arrivals at LAX are on separate levels? So the 30,000 heartbreakers that come here each month don't notice the 30,000 that are leaving with their hearts broken."
If its shot with 3D cameras, then I would say yes. The 3D on Dark of the Moon was amazing. However, I would also love if its all shot in Imax - and 3D. Like Avatar, ya know.
Not a single second of Avatar was ever shot in IMAX or IMAX 3D.Originally Posted by Crainy

If you shoot a movie in 3D you leave the audience with the freedom to decide which version they want to see - 3D or 2D. So this way everyone is satisfied. It's another thing that some markets (like my country) release only the 3D version of a movie if it has one and no 2D screenings.I personally would love to see TF4 in 3D. Michael really understands the technology.
Dark of the moon was the only 3D movie that wowed me, plus the imax screen didn't hurt either. I just watched fifteen minutes of it the other day at walmart in 3D, I didn't want to leave! They always only play the menu screen and never the actual movie, so I was pretty excited to see it playing for once. So yea, definitely 3D for tf4

3D all the way! I can't not watch movies in 3D anymore. In my opinion, the 3D version of most any film is the superior version.
I'd also like to see more scenes filmed in IMAX again. (I'm not sure if it would be possible to shoot in IMAX 3D, only because those cameras aren't easily adaptable to Mr. Bay's shooting style.)
I hate haters...
Because "Dark of the Moon was f*cking robbed."
Actually after real 3D, you can have not 3D version as usual in DVD... but Doesn't work good the other way.
So, If its 3D, you will have a "not 3D" home edition, therefore why not (personally I love 3D)... However I should agree the fact that some theaters should project a version for people who can't stand 3D glasses (like my grandma)
No. A thousand times no! If I wanted to go to a rollercoaster with excessive slow-mo scenes where things are flying towards me I'd go to a theme park with a simulator..
3D is in my opinion (and just about everyone I know) the scourge of cinema.
Also.. I had Lasek to get rid of fracking glasses![]()

I enjoyed the 2D verison in cinemas over the 3D one. When movies use the "3D gimmicks" in movies, it takes me out of it a bit such as showing us the people through the guy's mask and the gun shooting at Senitnel. It just seems out of place to me.
I rather have it filmed in IMAX. But to each their own.
O Barricade, where art thou? O there you are! DEAD.
Driller-bot is thirsty.
Provided it's filmed in 3D, I'm for it.
Yes! Dark of the Moon was amazing in 3D. Sure there's a lot of movies that don't use 3D well (Amazing Spider-Man *cough cough*), but Michael Bay almost used it to perfection in his first attempt. Imagine his second, and even better, attempt.
There once was a tale about a man who can turn invisible.....
Not sure the studio will allow "not 3D" it makes too much money. I give credit to Nolan for standing his ground and not taking Batman into 3D land.
Shoot for the impossible...
...Then do it.
