While 2014 marks an interesting date but it is also a date important to me not just cause of TF 4 hitting the theaters and beginning a 2nd new Trilogy with a new cast and the bots getting a remake.

2014 is also my 30th Anniversary being a TransFan. Back in 1984 been with it since Day 1. I maybe older than most on these boards but I love Transformers even more now then I did back in those days.

With awesome new stuff such as the Upcoming TF 4 with Transformers Prime and the new video game Fall of Cybertron which WFC, FOC & Prime all being in the same Universe just with WFC & FOC being the back story of Prime set eons before Prime began. While Prime is current time.

How many people can say they been with something for almost 30 years and still love it as much then even more so now.

So much as changed since 1984 the toys, thier looks, the entire landscape has completly evolved and that is a good thing.

I cant wait to see what Micheal Bay has instore for TF 4 I hope it goes back towards the original Movie 1 roots and focuses on a Smaller cast of characters with a new group of humans.

This is a good choice about TF 4 a new cast of characters, new looks thus it can be fresh for a 2nd Trilogy. But neither will it be a reboot.

This is like my PS2 game Dot.Hack 1 through 4 were about Kite while Dot.Hack GU is about Haseo. each of these games are in the same timeline they are in the same universe but each game has its own story and its own cast of characters.

Such as Transformers 4 will be same deal as with Dot.Hack was same universe just newer looks with a new cast.
