The PAIN AND GAIN MeNtaLiTy!!
I was wondering if there are any other people here who are trying to lose fat and gain muscle mass?
If so could we inspire eachother to push our limits together in a healthy and safe way? I love to hear what all of you are doing and we might motivate eachother to do stuff or try new things.. sounds good?
