Now this is interesting. Here is the trailer of The Cabin in the Woods, the directional debut of Drew Goddard. The guy who wrote such great TV shows as Buffy, Angel, Alias and Lost. Also he has written Cloverfield and Spielberg's next project Robopocalypse. And the writer of this movie is the director of The Avengers who also wrote my personal favorite Firefly TV series - Joss Whedon. So this movie will definitely not disappoint. Just look at the awesome poster before you see the trailer:

That poster is WICKED. Unfortunatley I watched the trailer first Story: reaaaly interesting although I wont be that surprised I know. But its a nice idea. Poster mega cool. I personally dont trust to much the writer-director ppl. Actors: srsly??? Will be one of the major weaknesses of this movie. And commoon judging from the trailes the whole technical side looks so student film style.... :S

i have mixed feelings too. LOVED the first two movies. The story of this ones seems interesting too. but

Agree this part looks horrible. The only ray of light from the trailer is Josh Brolin playing young K and I'm glad that they used Tommy Lee Jones' voice on him. I wonder if the whole movie will be this way. It's hard to make a believable lip sync.
