Sideswipe had a little part along with Jolt and Arcee and I think it would have been a little difficult to explore their contribution to the plot without adding another half an hour to be honest.

Yeah usually a year is the initial teaser release time and especially with big budget movies like Transformers 3.

Ok both Transformers movies have a running length of about 2 hours and 30 minutes and I like that length because of the amount of plot you can fit in that time, but dang does that 2 and a half hours...
