Pain & Gain - The Cast

Hey guys,

I thought i make this thread so all info or news about the actors is welcomed here like articles, gossip, interviews, etc.
I thought about making separate threads but sooner or later there will be info about two or more actors so just one thread about the actors seems a better solution instead of making separate threads for all actors.

To get to know the actors better i found a bunch of interviews on YouTube and so i'm posting this interview with Dwayne Johnson here, hope ya like.

Pretty cool video. Seems like an really cool guy.
Always been a fan of his from way back when I was a little kid and he was one of my favorite wrestlers.
Then I followed him into film. And I havent loved all of his movies but I have enjoyed a good amount of them.
I think he would be perfect for this movie. Cant wait.

The Rock? He's pretty sexy. I'll take it!

Dwayne Johnson is an absolute beast. I saw him in person once, he's seriously chizzled out of a boulder. One of the coolest, nicest, and most humble celebrities i've ever seen.

Cant wait for this movie!

But sad news for TF4 maybe :( then Josh Duhamel might be right.. oh man.. :( i don't know about you guys but i wished all these guys could be together forever you know.. they took us where ever they went in the TF adventures like they have become friends with the audience you know even though we never met them personally.. maybe i'm getting to sentimental on these dudes lo.. still, this is awesome news! :D :)

i agree 100%. I wished the same thing..However, if michael bay can work on TF4 right after P and G, then why can't John Tuturro? If anything, the directors are far more busy than the actors...so i wouldnt be worried just yet.

It it's true, I'm glad he'll be in this movie. He's becomeing one of my favorite actors.

It's funny, just the other day I was watching Gung Ho (80's movie with Michael Keaton) and I had forgotten Turturro had a role in it haha fun times. Good to hear!

Love this news. I liked Turturro alot in all 3 Transformers films. He works good with Bay.
Also loving how this cast is getting rounded out.

Yep, they're all men. I wonder which actress will join the club. I'm still trying to stay away from the story but here's a question to the people who already read the story. Are there any major female characters in the story?

Absolutely, my friend. The bewildered crew from the SUN GYM spent their evenings--and earnings--at Miami's SOLID GOLD nightclub/stripper emporium. One of the characters, SABINA, was a Penthouse model and featured dancer at the club.
BEATRIX, a Hungarian knock-out, and also a featured dancer, plays a role, too. These women were gorgeous. It will take Hollywood's best-looking actresses, showing copious amounts of flesh, to match their real-life counterparts.

Compared to his last three movies...yeah, it seems pretty small in comparison.

Depends on what you're comparing. In terms of cast it's much bigger then his last 3 movies. ;)

Anthony Mackie has been cast as has Tony Shalhoub.

Ed Harris? Awesome! It's cool to see him and Bay working together again.
