the only news i truly know is i myself have been told he is in the movie. Could be false info of corse but as for him being D-con. the only D-con anything i have seen of Hot Rod is his Shattered Glass toys and likeness in the comics as for the Bots being bad and the Cons being good. I have not seen or heard anything of this for the movie.
