Look at the F-22. Where is the bulk of that plane? Much of the aircraft is small in mass per square inch. You have to think, Starscream is slightly smaller in robot mode as he is in vehicle mode. Prime, on the otherhand, does not "fold in" but rather out. Take his cab and pretend there was a hinge on his front bumper. Don't be fooled by length.

It's true that some car manufacturers would not agree to allow the car to be a Decepticon.

Mercedes-Benz is not the only company out there that has the SLS.

I posted earlier in this thread illustrating the example that they got the "Mustang" for Barricade in TF1, without going to Ford -- but rather, to Saleen.
The Mustang in TF1 is not a Ford, but a Saleen (model S281E).

In the case of the SLS, one who couldn't get the license from Mercedes-Benz, could get the license from companies such as Brabus (a company specialized at tuning Benz cars). So it could indeed be true that Soundwave will not be a Mercedes-Benz in the movie, but still an SLS -- a Brabus SLS that is.

To be honest after some stuff ive seen/read today there could be a bit of truth in it though. wont say what ive seen but its on TFW2005 but be warned there are some major spoilers there plot/character related.

I recommend nobody to go on another TF forum except SFTE. There are major spoilers. A guy posted a great spoiler in the thread title and ruined everything for me. I'm really really pissed. :mad: Don't do the same mistake.

I've seen something that is pretty close to what you are suggesting. It's a VERY big spoiler, but if you want it, just find the movie comic on Amazon and look inside.
