That's cos no one bothers to reply? :p
Check if these options are set.
My Account > General Settings > Visitor Messaging > Visitor Messaging On
Profile Privacy > Visitor Messages > choose who can view your visitor messages

I can see them but layout is different for some reason. Have to scroll right down whereas other people have it up the top:confused:
