Alright! Autobots on the move!
Now it really does feel like the third movie is on. Bumblebee in LA, Optimus Prime, Ironhide, and Ratchet on the road, it is just awesome.
Not sure how I feel about Ratchet's new colour scheme not that it really matters. Ratchet is not too concerned about how he looks. Also, they said they were making some tweaks to Bumblebee and Optimus, but Optimus looks as great as ever. Defintely grateful for that.
I am really surprised they maintained the Hummer badge for Ratchet. I will not be stunned if he has a very limited role or swaps to another vehicle form. Then again...I can't imagine they would waste the cgi money to change Ratchet.

I kinda like Ratchet's new color scheme. And the pic of Hide on the 405 (yes, BTW, the poster was referring to the freeway) gave my little spark a flutter. One hot looking truck!!! My bot looks GOOOOD!

You know Tay.. I have always wondered that myself... even way back in the original days.... Yup A flaming Blue and Red Peter-bilt just screams sudilty... Or in TF1.. Bees prototype Camaro... like they were just everywhere ( OK well now they are..around here at least)... But.. hey its the movies.
I am up in the air on the Lime green and white..maybe with some better pics... but its better then the pea soup green ...which grew on me

On Ratchet: I guess it makes sense for an emergency/search and rescue vehicle to be high-visibility or attention-grabbing. His old metallic yellow/green has kind of grown on me, though, not that I don't like the new colour...

I just checked pics that I have and the tail lights looked the same to me. I liked this pic, so now Hide is running craft services????? LOL

I was referring to the pic from the Transformers movie blog - the one of Ironhide on the highway. I think that particular vehicle may be somebody's custom Topkick, as opposed to one of the actual vehicles used for filming. Still looks pretty cool, though!

Oh, sorry, Blond moment! Yes, those tail lights are definately different, but why are their two TopKicks together if they are not for the movie? Could they be on the way to get those details taken care of?

Green again? I do like it better (I think) than his original off-green, but I was hoping that if he got a new paint job at all, it would be red and white like the re-painted toy that was on sale for a while. Now that was classy!
Must say, Optimus looks like his legendary old self, not anything new there. The truck pulling Ratchet and Optimus looks like the same model Peterbilt as Optimus is, just with HUGE smokestacks... Ultra Magnus perhaps? Yes, alright, just a fangirl dream going on there, the crummy paint job probably rules that out. :-p Many fanfics have Magnus as a Mack or Freightliner, in any case. I'll keep dreamin'!

No prob, there're very strict emission regs here in Tokyo metropolitan area.. I don't have any chance to meet Peterbilts. :)

It'd be great if that truck in the pic were Magnus! When I first saw ROTF, I wondered who that NEST trailer truck in Shanghai would be (seems like it was just a truck, though). We need more heavy vehicles in Autobots. ;)

YES! Me too! I was sitting in the theatre thinking, "Oh God, he's in it!", and waiting for the truck to stop and transform, but it just kept rolling... a sad moment. ;-)
I totally agree with the Autobots needing more heavy hitters. We did have Jetfire, but he had a dicky knee and a malfunctioning CPU, and he self-sacrificed, dang it. I've said before on other webpages, if Magnus turns up, he and Optimus merely have to stand in front of the 'Cons, and they'll all turn aft and run for the hills! Might make the movie very short though. :-D
