I don' think it will.
Given that Ratchet and Ironhide shared a similar body style in the G1 series...we could have Ratchet take this form...

Yeah but the GMC brand is still alive. That badge on Ironhide's grill is all it takes.
Which reminds me, despite the fact that the Hummer brand is essentially dead, does GM still hold the rights to the name?

2007. Bee changes forms to a 2010 camaro that is still a concept.
2009. Sideswipe is a concept corvette in an elite military faction called NEST.
I doubt whether or not a car company's buoyancy is relevant to this movie.
Long story short, if vehicles that dont exist yet are accepted as just another car on the street, what difference would it make if Hummer went under?
It's a movie with robots.

I think Ratchet is safe. Remember... his Alt mode is a mod and I'm sure Bay can have these mod types built all day if he needs them. Just because Hummer is no more, does not mean people cant still buy older Hummers from everywhere.

within the context of the movie itself the Ratchet character would be able to take on any form, however, with the politics of the car companies that give their approval to have their cars shown on screen, and if Hummer is no more, then Ratchet will have to have a new alt mode from a company that will approve the use of its vehicles

The only time an approval is needed is if its a new car or concept that has never been seen before. If that were the case then the movie companies would have to get approval on every car, make, or modle no mater its year. How many older modle cars are bought for stunt cars or to just be blown up? You cant say the car companies need to approve on this too? And as for Ratchet, any Hummer that Bay and or the movie company buys from GM is now their property. They need no approval to keep Ratchet as the HUmmer he is. Thats why Barricade was a Salieen and never had the Ford logo on him. There are ways to work around that. Even if GM did have a gripe about it and told them Ratchet couldnt be the Hummer anymore, all they have to do is remove any markings and logos that link it to GM. If it dont say Hummer then it is no longer Hummer lol

Im sure they have already acquired the rights to use the current vehicle form for the third as they knew they were going to make a third when they decided to make a second.
