2012: The War For Souls, Pain and Gain... or... maybe MEG (i doubt it will be ever made, but it could be fine http://www.scanlinevfx.com/movie_megalodon.html)

Pretty obvious what I think:
Transformers sequel. :D

My novel. :D
Kidding. And even if I weren't, it's still a good ways away from completion (about 65%)...so yeah.
Anyway, Transformers 2 should be next. After that, I'd like to see him do a racing movie, kind of like Redline...
...but with an infinitely better script, a better budget and actors who don't half-ass their work.

what WILL be his next project? Trans 2. Speilberg is steamrolling it ahead
Pain and Gain is his "Tarantino-esque" film, right? I'd rather see that then the 2012 movie he's gonna do, or i think is signed to do.

DAMN Finally MEG... DUDE. I have waited since the 6th grade for this FILM. 1996. DAMN!!!! Only book I ever read as an elective just for the hell of it! Jaws will meet his match. Steve Alten and I have talked for a long time. If this gets made I think I'll save all the correspondence. The guy has written several MEG books, and wow. Change the ending to the first and you have a blockbuster.
EDIT:
About the clip
**SPOILERS**
The clip is from the Megaladon giving birth it lets out 3 pups, and eats 2 of them. They are already about 17 feet long and the Meg being the size of a sperm whale.
Seems like the ending IS different from the book too. He's going fishing for dynamite looks like!!1

Well, the clip is not from Meg movie, is just a FX demo, but IMO it shows you can have amazing action scenes in a movie like that.
The movie now is officially canceled (the budget climb from 70M to 150M and New Line decided to make Rush Hour 3 using Meg's money) until 2008, when New Line will loose the rights.
Don't know if it will ever be made, but if someone like Spielberg or Bay decides to support it..

Well Transformers 2 needs the attention first afcourse, and like Clutch said; a racing movie wouldn't be bad.
But then again you can ask yourself the question, what kind of racing movie? with nascar, champcar for the american public or formula 1 for the european public?, both or none of them. Difficult choice.

A racing movie? One as great as Days of Thunder? I'm kidding people, that was a joke. No one should make a racing movie. Haven't we learned our lesson from Tony Scott or Renny <Driven> Harlin? Racing movies don't work, Talladega Nights being the exception. Har-har.
Now then, back to my question.
Pain and Gain is his "Tarantino-esque" film, right?

I'd like to see Bad Boys 3...
Racing movies don't work
Maybe "racing movies" just shouldn't be "racing"? Try to think about a filn where you can see racing, but not a "racing film".
As for "racing movie" for Michael Bay, I think, it shouldn't be NASCAR or F1 or even Rally - it shouldn't be sport at all, I think. I just cannot imagine it at all.
But I already can see in my mind an old city, narrow abandoned streets, covered with old papers and rubbish, darkened sky - and really HOT cars, rolling like a thunder. Flame, roar, metal clanging... Only your engine decides: to llive or to die. Only your car can drag you out of the worst situations ever happened.
"Your car is your life - drive to survive!"
Something like this...

Dude you can see it in your mind because you're talking about Fast and the Furious. Not trying to be argumentative, but c'mon, that describes the opening race sequence to a T. Not the opening scene, but the first full on Vin Diesel race. That's not a racing movie either, it's "carsplotation".
See a Michael Bay "race movie" HAS been made, it's called Gone In 60 Seconds. If Bay WERE to make one, i would hope it to be better than that tripe. But i think that's the direction it would take, not a Driven or 2 Fast 2 Furious, but something like 60 secs. is what i'd imagine it to be like.

Really??! Wow... Never knew it was his film... A question: which one of "Gone in 60 seconds"?
Dude you can see it in your mind because you're talking about Fast and the Furious
Didn't talk about it. "Fast and the Furious" is just street racing, not real survival... Try to add some "Escape from New York" to overall style... Rollcages, open engines, realy sharp driving in really narrow streets... Knives, chains, couple of guns... But I'm silent now. These are just my fantasies... No more...

Um.....okay see i was being sarcastic when i said Gone In 60 Seconds was his film because, well, it's not his film....do you follow? Okay it's Dominic Sena's movie, i mean Dominic Sena was the director of Gone In 60 Seconds, not Michael Bay.
Oh...
I see...
You meaned that "Gone in 60 seconds" is a racing film, best fitting for Michael Bay, but it's already been made... Right?
My english is far from perfect :(

Like Verbinski & The Weatherman.

The way he's described it in interviews-- a violent screwball comedy about a bunch of jocks trying to rob a bank? something like that?-- it sounds like the Cohen brothers as much as Q, if not moreso. All those tastes would taste great together, if you ask me. I'd love to see it. Particularly since I kick box and I imagine the film would be about the kind of guys I hang out with at the martial arts school. They knock each other down when they say hello. So adorable. :D
(P.S. They resent the fact that I find it adorable. They're too manly for that "adorable" shit. :D)

wait wait, apparently Roland Emmerich <aka the worst thing to happen to cinema since Paul WS Anderson> recently took the reigns away from Bay and is doing 2012 - The War For Souls. Chud and Ain't it Cool have been running stories on it recently, with no mention of Bay's former involvement, yet they both ran stories months ago about it being Bay's next project, yet it's obviously the same film, what gives?

OMG.. are you serious???? I loved Days of Thunder.. that and Talladega Nights.. LOL.. that movie was awesome.. and oh.. can't forget about the upcoming movie... "Speed Racer"... OMG that movie looks sweet.. then again.. those were just the previews.. but I'm totally stoked about it..

no, Days Of Thunder was nearly unwatchable, as is most all Scotts' work post Top Gun pre-Crimson Tide <maybe i'll take True Romance, but that's cuz QT did the script>
now then....

one more thing....Speed Racer is based on an old cartoon, it's not a "racing film" as much as it is a retro-TV adaptation, i too would like to see it, the FX remind me of F-Zero

Yes I know its from an older cartoon.. but its still a form of racing.. and its fast.. and yeah.. so I like it.
Kind of like saying Talladega Nights was more of a comedy than a racing movie.
There was 8, but that was kind of boring unless you're a die hard Earnhardt fan.
Days of Thunder was awesome back in the day. But just like the changing of times, a lot of people look back at it and say.. oh that was gay.

He's made a successful adaptation of Transformers, obviously his only choice is to update Smurfs now.
NO NO NO WAIT - TAIL SPIN! oh man can you imagine Kit Cloudkicker on his lil air-surfer Bay-ized?!?!
