Comic hints for TF3 (possible spoilers)

For the last few months, The comic series Transformers: Tales of the Fallen has been laying down some backstory for ROTF characters. The fourth issue however not only provides the story of how the Fallen betrayed his brother primes, but also some hints as to what we may expect in TF3.
Two main pieces of info.
First, it seems the Fallen was chosen by the allspark to find sources of energy, specifically harvesting suns. This would add support to the theory that the allspark is not just a great source of power and knowledge, but has a life of its own.
Second, The Fallen makes reference to the Primes being the children of Primus. Whether this a reference to the allspark possibly being Primus is unclear. Also, where there is Primus, there is also Unicron increasing the liklehood that he will make a appearence in the series.
It is still too soon to tell what may or may not happen. All the same, it is interesting info.

This comic looks awesome, I should buy one myself at some point... we don't know if there cannon or not to these movies... but it looks awesome none the less.

Agreed, would love to have Primus in the next movie or in the future. Although, the All-spark at this point is pretty irrelevant I would think... the thing is destroyed and the reminants are just Cybertronian symbols in Sam's mind. The Matrix on the other hand could be around some place, hopefully (if Optimus snagged it or if its power joined with Prime's spark).

Very true. Never thought of the fact that the matrix probably wasn't destroyed.

Unicron and Primus would be epic. They have the technology to make something of that scale. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't playing around after they finished ROTF with Unicron.

I personally am not sure about Unicron being in the series. If he is, I hope he has made some improvements from 25 years ago.

Just finished reading the comic and loved how they went into more detail about the battle between the fallen and the primes. What shocked me was that the one who eventually sealed the Fallen away looks almost identical to Optimus.

I did read a theory months ago of how Optimus was one of the original primes and how after a battle with the fallen, Optimus was knocked out for thousands of years. Upon his awakening, he could not remember anything about his past. I thought it was too far-fetched to be true. Now I am starting to consider otherwise (Shadow, you may be right again).
