What i wish to see in Transformers 3

well see even though it would be a two part movie. There is nothing stopping them from giving each part a clear cut ending. Each can have its massive big ending battle. And if you think about it...even though each of the first two movies were said to be stand alone movies, they really wasnt. Two did piggyback off of one and continued right where one left off. So why cant 3 be a two part movie just to give everyone more story and action without having to cram everything into one movie? I say everyone would win on this idea. The fans, Hasbro, the film studios, Bay and everyone else invalved. We get to see more Transformers. The studios and thaters get to dubble dip by making money off of one movie that really is two. Bay gets paid to make two movies back to back so he really is only making one movie. Just working a bit longer. He also makes more money this way. And dont forget Hasbro... shit... they get to dubble dip as well. By having two parts to this movie, that would leave more room to introduce more (BOTS) and more bots means more toys and product they can make and sell.

I swear i should really help with marketing. Everyone wins!!;)

I hear what your saying if its done like "Lord of the Rings" then that would be fine because even though all three movies where connected they all had definitive endings and that's good but Reloaded just felt like WTF I have to wait till Christmas to see how this ends.

This is the way I see it going down. Introducing all of the new autobots and dcons fully and just kind of letting each of them have a considerable amount of screen time. Either traveling as pairs or going off solo. I figure the third film should be more one on one or two on two rather than all out wars between the two sides. I think it would add some depth to the characters.

Bay and the writers need to stick with three or four autobots and 3 or 4 decepticons and make the story revolve around them and build some character depth. There were too many unknown autobots and decepticons in RotF and it was a mess because of it.

i am to lazy to retype a better version of this so i am just gonna copy paste from the old thread.

Hi guys this is my first post and i have been lurking long enough on these forums. i would like to say that i am a huge michael bay fan! like a bit obsessed, my fave movie he has done was the rock and the first transformers.

anyways i do have ideas for the 3rd movie that may fit in with michael bay style of shooting. i will break this up into segments:

1) the bots: maybe in this one we can have megs and starscream in cybertron wondering how to get energon to power there race again, when suddenly have some sort of ginormous bot lands on the planet(unicron or whatever) a bot no one knew about, maybe built by the primes to harvest energon from different sources of space.the new bot can take the life source of the planet and convert it into energon(or whatever its called). that way they can re-power there empire and become more powerful, megs decides to use this new bot to suck the core of earth for 2 reasons-power and revenge.

on the other side the autobots are still fighting light decepticon activity thoughtout the world, in which case they feel that megs and more decepticons might make a move sometime. so in for the movie to have a lot of action yet have all the characters get a bit of screen time i think it would be cool that megs and his new army make a massive attack all over the world to keep the autobots distracted so that the new bot can have time to land and begin its consumation on the earth's core. autobots split in military fashion (alpha,bravo,etc) and go on a journey to take back earth-this allows some screen time for some of the bots to really shine yet have plenty of action and great locales. then everyone have an all out war under the new bot(i am just gonna say unicron) for the final battle.

2) sam and the humans:we can have sam either still be in college or graduated either way i would like him to get a master in astrology(or anything about the study of space). this time sam is having a hard time weather he should get married or not, i know he would but with knowing that some decepticons are still out there he doesnt want to indanger her again. maybe mekaela knows he wants to get married and some comedy can be had with his parents about it. i would like to see nest still be active and searching/helping with the autobots, i did like that feature in the story. it would be cool i think if sam during maybe his research to become an astrologer? he finds a star that isn't really a star but pure energy.

during the film makeala is captured and sam and maybe BB attempted to rescue her-this can be some filler for the movie, i am just thinking as i go.

later in the film he discovers that this new energy can be comsumed from one of the bots to become stronger, this will obviously become the climax, maybe have optimus get there some how and sacrafices his body for a new body of pure energy or maybe go a completely different way and use that enegy to destroy some decepticons.

this is just an idea...i really just thought of this right now, it would be a great idea or something along the lines of this. this is all my opinion, maybe i should just write like a fan fic-hahaha...no. anyways i am glad to be a part of this community, i also dont know alot about transformers to be honest, i saw it a alot when i was a kid but my memory isn't that great.


if i had to choose what would go into the movie at least give me the "split the bots up" section so we can get face time with them.

I get what you're saying no doubt, but I think there's definately enough time if you break them off into groups, no team on team battles. Being straight up, I'd basically leave Optimus out of #3, I know that some folks would be upset, but we get who he is. I would rather 20 minutes of Ratchet, Ironhide and Bumblebee, 20 minute of Sideswipe, Kup and the Twins, etc. Just let some Decepticons try to invade different areas at the same time and have the Autobots have to break up while Prime stays behind with Sam or something.

2. Bumblebee should be able to talk. Not having his voice box fixed is a joke and gives the writers a way out which is ridiculous.

Those are my main concerns but there are many others. What things do you guys/gals think should be addressed in the 3rd movie?

After the credits should have been Soundwave talking with a decepticon saying meet on the Nemesis and they he transforms and bolts out of there! would have been sweet!

I agree with Epicbacon about the human aspect of the films but its not going to happen. I'd like a more even balance for sure but the human vehicle will carry whatever story they decide to put forth in a new film.

Leaving Planet Earth is highly unlikely. These films are designed around real world encounters. Seibertron I can see being used here and there in flashback or some restoration storyline but for anyone hopelessly hoping for complete removal of earth, humans, military are likely not going to get it IMO.

Maybe when Unicron upgrades Megs to Galvatron, he messes with his sanity wires and thats where he gets the Galvatron name, through insanity he develops a new or duel personality Megs/Galvs and Unicron along with Galvatron, the two most powerful Transformers around, become a threat to everything so the Decepticons turn their backs on the 2 since they threaten everything and in the end Prime manages to, possibly with the Matrix or something, cure Galvatron of his madness and he re-names himself Megatron, helps kills Unicron and calls a truce between Autobots and Decepticons.

didn't soundwave transform into a cybertronian spaceship, maybe i'm wrong, but it looked like a spaceship. just before soundwave attached himself into the NEST satellite, he was shaped into something that wasn't a robot form.

I think that TF:3 has a pretty simple plot line suggested from TF:1 and TF: ROTF, which is a pissed off and bitter Megatron. Not only did he get wiped by a kid in #1 and rocked by Prime on two different occasions in ROTF, but his mentor/master, the Fallen, ended up getting split in fantastic fashion by Prime [a la Jazz v. Megatron in #1].

If you ask me, anyone who is supposed to be as powerful as Megs would be enraged by the way his time on Earth has played out. I think it's time for him to throw his calculated reasoning [the Allspark and the Matrix] out the window and just stick to trying to destroy the Autobots, Sam and everyone/thing else that has rendered him nothing more than blip on Earth's wars. I figure at the end of #3, he could stumble across something that could lend itself to a plot line in #4, such as the Key mentioned in the posts above or some energon source previously unknown. I'd love to hear a Megs/Optimus conversation where Optimus asks why Megs is still coming to Earth and Megs just says something like, "To destroy it." Anyways, just my thoughts, hope it helps!

perhaps in tf3, they can show a flashback in cybertron showing bumblebee getting mortally wounded in battle and he lost his voice in the process.

i really don't mind bumble bee talking with radio, it doesn't bother me one bit that he can't talk much.

a 4th movie will depend on the success of the 3rd. but if bay only wants a trilogy, i'll accept it.

for me, i'll take robot smashes any day.

transformers is a huge universe, if the current movies will only reach 3 films. a new set of spin offs can be made out of it since the current movie universe have only scratched the surface of the transformers world. they can even make a trilogy based in cybertron past or a trilogy that's set in world war 2 etc.

hello everyone I have been trying to get on here since weeks before before the movie came out and I just figured out how, so what I thought would be awesome is at night in the rain very heavy rain, where you could see each rain drop exploding on their metal just like a real car, and for some reason I imagine it being ironhide with the water just sloshing off his canons as he moves around in an epic fight also his black paint would look awesome with rain hitting it.

that's an excellent idea, transformers fighting in the rain. i mean in thick fat rain. i can imagine what that looks like, it looks cool. when they run in slow motion, the water puddles splash.

1. More robot introductions. I loved in the first movie when they introduced all the Bots and then later Frenzy says "All-Spark located" and all the Cons are introduced. Just loved that part of the movie and would really like to see it back in the third.

2. More Sideswipe. Just can't get enough of that one.

3. Less kills for only 1 robot. Maybe show Ironhide taking someone out instead of Prime or Bee getting all the glory all the time :wtf Same for the Cons show maybe Starscream killing one or two instead of Megatron always.

4. A few more Autobots dying. Yeah... :cool:

5. Aerial battles or battles on the sea. We got an urban battle, forest battle and desert battle, it's time for these to be introduced hehe.

I don't think I ever heard of that it was supposed to be designed around Earth? I think it needs to feel like Transformers, start acting like it.

They can have Sam use a sort of mechanical suit like Spike used (after all, they are the same character) in the cartoon, and it can be used for space. There is some Transformers revalations that I'd like to see be put in, like Primus (make the All-spark + The Matrix of Leadership + Cybertron = all part of Primus essence), Unicron (a PLANET sized Unicron, not this non-planet sized Unicron garbage that I've seen suggested). Have Galvatron kill Mikaela, the Autobots promise Sam, revenge.

If the writers are creative, it can be done with some humans (no parents, or other petty human characters).

I think Starscream's character is a little bit different than in the G1 cartoon. He was a wimp in the cartoon and always kissed Megatron's metallic ass, but he despised Megatron and wanted to be the Decepticon's leader. Hes still a wimp and kisses Megatron's ass still, but he hasn't shown any signs of despising him.

After destroying one of Earth's oldest landmarks in TF2, I wanna see:

- Humankind (Government) get seriously pissed at the damage the two sides cause when they fight.
- Humankind (Government) ask the Autobots to leave, which they do, heading to the Moon or Mars, so that they are still close, but not on our planet. They set up a 'colony' for the Autobots there, and other Autobots come to join them and try and scratch out a living on the barren surface and underground.
- Sam trying to do his best to convince the Government that they NEED Autobots here on Earth because there is an impending battle, and without them here, they are open to Decepticon attack
- Mikaela getting frustrated with their lack of Government support/reason, helps Sam track down the members of the disbanded NEST team...
- BumbleBee helps create the biosuits
- The Decepticons return to wipe out the Autobots, not look for anything ancient, just have them come back in full force to destroy everything the Autobots have built for themselves (with the limited resources of the Lunar or Martian landscape)... once that is done, their plan is to head to Earth to kill all humans and take the full resources of the planet for themselves.
- A zero or low gravity fight with wicked 'explosions in a vaccuum' vfx
- The destruction of the 'space bridge'
- I want jetfire reborn so that he isn't such a relic, and actually chooses a side (Autobots) and becomes the one who destroys the 'space bridge' in order to help save everyone
- The human alliance that the Autobots were working with, leave the government/military, and use Cybertronian technology to build biosuits (Cybertronian machinery, without the Allspark 'lifeforce') that allow them to fight in space along with the Autobots, to help them stand against the Decepticons
- The poigniant death of a MAIN human character, a self sacrifice death that fuels the Autobots to fight harder, even though they are at a disadvantage
- Megatron to come back with an army of Nano-Tech sized bots that eat away at the Moon/Mars like a 'devouring weapon', potentially using the raw material to create a HUGE Decepticon
- DEFINITELY NO DINOBOTS, BEAST BOTS, none of that rediculous crap...
- Potentially more bots like Alice... but use them in a way that is clever, like they assassinate and replace powerful people, not seduce college boys
- After the attack on their 'refugee home', the Autobots return to Earth in order to save the planet, yet again (consuming the Moon or Mars would seriously affect Earth's environment) The HUGE Decepticon would have been made out of the raw material mass... that mass would have to be returned to it's orbit in order to protect the planet, the tides, the weather, etc... If even a 25km cubic chunk of the the Moon vanished, it would mean havoc for our weather system.


I'm just thinking out loud at stuff I'd like to see on the screen. I'm not saying that I know the canon well enough to write a TF movie...

I'd almost like to write with Orci and Kurtzman... I'd be fun.

PS Oh, and a little less blur on the fighting... I wanna be able to tell who is fighting who, and what the heck their doing to each other... Even if it's fast, then slow-mo for some of the impacts, that's good enough... and tons of robot carnage. :P

The difference is that the Fantastic Four movies were absolute garbage, and it was only watched because of Jessica Alba. It won't feel canon if Unicron isn't a planet sized Transformer (almost the size of the moon). I it would be good to have it that Primus created the All-spark, the 7 original Transformers, Cybertron and the Matrix of Leadership (all of which are the essence of Primus life force) - and that Unicron is a sibling and a long time enemy of Primus.

Unicron and Galvs (yes as a MASSIVELY upgraded Megatron) are the main enemies... At first Galvs leads the Decepticons very successfully but over the coarse of the movie, begins to go insane (ALA Old School Galvs) and becomes a threat to Autobots AND Decepticons (killing his own troops "Starscream" in moments of rage) thus the main goal is to destroy Unicron AND stop Galvs from killing everyone as Galvs becomes more or less a small Unicron (wanting to kill EVERYTHING!). Fill in the rest lol It has the potential to be a very good but also very dark movie (think Revenge of the Sith when all the Jedi are being slain scene).

I'd like the movie to develope the characters of Lennox and Epps more. We know nothing about Epps life back at home. Does Ironhide go with Lennox to his house from time to time.?Does Lennox's wife know about Ironhide and the other Transformers and the roles they play with the military? And on a side note, I do like the characters of Lennox and Epps, and I like the chemistry they have with eachother, so why not expand on a good thing.

I want Wheelie to return, he was one of my favorites, and I really would like Sponge Bob to voice him again.

Maybe some flash backs on Cybertron to when Optimus Prime was Orion Pax, or what life was like before the wars started?

Maybe some detail on how the Transformers are built? Like, what makes them tick? They showed some sort of inner skeleton when they ripped Ravage apart and Optimus Prime demolished The Fallen's face. I'm curious to how they are designed.

Oh, another thing that would be cool. I kind of liked the Autobot's prototype forms when we first saw them in the first movie. Why not have Bumblebee in a bone shattering fight with a really wicked Decepticon (Soundwave perhaps) and his system gets shocked so bad, he decends to his protoform and cannot transformer back to Earth Mode. At least for a while until they can figure out how to fix him.

What about some humans taking the side of the Decepticons?

Watch me get hated for this, but one of the things that makes Transformers the movie it is, is it's box office intake. We could have the WW crown easily, if we got a Brit or Aussie in the movie that's well known or familiar. Particular ones off the top of my head would be Orlando Bloom (though he may be too expensive) or maybe Tom Felton from the Harry Potter films (he's the only kid that can actually act in the entire series, and that would be a real bugger for Warner Brothers) Just a thought.

What would happen if you took out the $ earned from everyone under 18 for this film? It'll hurt theatre sales, and like discussed in an another thread, piracy is hurting DVD sales as it is, so you can't count on making it there.

I think the mother (in a review) of a 12 year old (girl?) who complained about the film's content, left after 45 min, wanted her money back, and also decided to only buy from competitors of Burger King is going too far (I mean, read reviews, the rating's breakdown (very clear) etc.) but still, if it just turns in to a horror film instead of robots trashing each other... it won't be the same?

I think that would really work... Galvatron taking on Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus...either at night or during the day...in the rain!!! Could be an awesome and brutal fight scene, just all three going all out (with Galvatron winning but obviously not killing Prime again =already done once= and maybe killing Magnus, leaving Prime unconcious and smashed up! Turns and leaves with a flash of lightning in the background - no music, just hardcore!

Aliens Vs Predator never should have been outside of an R-Rated film to begin with! The previous Aliens and Predator films were all rated R. Next thing, I'm talking in terms of the violence we saw in Jurassic Park movies, which is a PG-13 film. In the first, we saw the goat's leg, the man being violently thrashed around, a man's arm cut off. In the second, we saw a man get torn in half, another man was killed off camera, with blood mixing in with the water fall. Hell, Star Wars had a hacked off arm in the first one, and that was PG. In Lord of the Rings movies, particularly the last one, there were heads being flung as weapons, men and horses being thrown violently into the air. Don't tell me they can't add this stuff into a PG-13 movie about giant alien robots!

I don't see it as a horror movie, but a war movie, and war is horror to some extent. Also, if a mother went into a PG-13 film with her kid without doing some research on the film, then that's her stupidity. Harry Potter 6 is so crappy because they devolved from a more mature PG-13 film to a PG film that was filled with kiddy fodder.

Oh, on another note, a movie can be R-Rated and loved by both parents and kids. A couple of movies that come to mind are Terminator 2 and the Die Hard flicks. But I never said anything about an R-Rated Transformers, I said I like them to push the violence and carnage as hard as the can for a PG-13 film.

To be honest! am not that excited to see TF3.. It's just gonna be a summer movie!!


In the first one! we had something to catch one! we saw Starscream flying into outer space! and we had a story, We all thought ( Hmmm! i wonder what's gonna happen!).... in the second one! i felt it was a summer movie!.. Just a movie that i saw it's trailer and thought about watching it!

So unless they do like a cool story! not just more robots coming down to earth!... TF4 ( If it happened ) would die!


So! here what i think would make the the 3rd movie good!!

1* A character has to be killed! and gets totally killed so the people could feel something and hold something.. For example, If Optimus got killed in the second one And not got revived! i would have thought, Will he be revived! or not..

2* since it's 3 years away. The technology will be more advanced! which means we'll have better effects and stuff!... So i suggest that a lot of fight scenes will be in space! ( if earth ? what are you gonna show us ? We've seen Ice,Desert And Sea! )

3* The Robots... Dont just throw robots at the screen!.. tell us who there are!

4* Cybertron... We saw a scene in the first one.. We heard info in the second one!... So try to show the war that is going there! or some flashbacks!.. And i suggest flashbacks would be better!

5* Better human performance

okay so in my script as far as battles... it opens up with a short but cool Nevada desert fight(sort of) then jumps to a small town in South America. These are not over the top but more or less to introduce a few new Autobots. Later I have a sweet chase/inner city battle as well as another larger freeway battle that starts in a jam packed concert parking lot at a large sports center in Cali. Later i have a big ass and probably one of the best battles i wrote that takes place at NEST HQ on Diego Garcia... a lot happens here. Then lastly the end battle stars in Florida at the Kennedy space center and leads into space where we see a grand space battle. What do you guys think? There are one or two smaller fights as well but nothing big.

Well for transformers 3, Megatron is flying throught space and he meets Unicron. Unicron turns him into Galvatron and tells him that if he doesnt find the Cyber Key, he will destroy him. So galvatron sets out to Earth to find it. When a 14 year old boy, named Max is in Juvinile Detention he is diging holes and he finds the Cyber Key. Keeping it away from everyone he puts it into his backpack.Galvatron quikly finds the location from Starscream. Galvatron lands there and blast the place up, Max still uharmed escapes from the jail and runs. Soon enough Skids,Mudflap,Opimus Prime and Ironhide show up. Optmius orders Skids to escort Max to a safe place. When they arrive Max takes out the Cyber Key and shows it to Skids and Skids takes it and goes to Optimus Prime and shows him. Optimus Prime takes it. Meanwhile, back with Sam and Makeala and wheelie and leo at college. Wheelie gets a message from Optimus Prime , he tells Bummblebee and they go to Optimus Prime with Sam and Maekela and Leo and Wheelie. Optimus gives the Cyber Key to Sam and Meakalea to protect. While the battle still raging on Galvatron comes running up behind Optimus Prime for a sneak attack when Wheelie shoots out Galvatrons eye. Then Bummblebee trys to rip off Galvatrons head and gets badly injured. Optimus Prime then takes Sam,Meakalea,and Wheelie to an Airport to go to a hiding spot. Then as they leave the jet says"Ready for the rollercoaster?" Then they find out that the jet is Starscream. Then Starscream attempts to take them to Cybertron when Meakalea hotwires the Jet leaving Starscream unable to do any thing.They then fly to Galvatron and blasts him. Galvatron grabbing on to the jet rips it into half,killing starscream. Falling to the ground Bummblebee then catches them and drives them to Max. Now where they all are safe. Galvatron goes back to Unicron and tells him that he failed. Unicron kills Galvatron and thats the end of Megatron. Also the end of Transformers 3. In Transformers 4 They have to fight Unicron.

In Transformers 4, Unicron is slowly taking over planet Earth. Optimus Prime fly's up to Unicron and trys to destroy him but kicks him back down to Earth, killing him. Max and Sam and Leo and Mikaela go up in space with Bummblebee and Ironhide,Skids,Mudflap and Rachet .Wheelie tells Sam that if he stuck the Cyber Key in Unicron then it makes a sacrifice that brings The Dynasty of Primes back to life. Sam,Leo,wheelie and Max get inside of Unicron to try and find the hole to stick the key in. Meanwhile, The autobots are dying slowly,First arrcee then skids and mudflap. Unicron finishes off Ironhide and bummblebee. Sam and Leo and Wheelie still cannot find the hole. Unicron summons Soundwave to come and go inside him and destroy them and destroy the key. Soundwave comes in and Wheelie fights Soundwave leaving the boys to go and find the key hole. Soundwave kills Wheelie and runs after them. They find the key hole and put in the key to find that its not working. Soundwave catches up with them and blast them and as soon as the blast is about to hit the boys Vector Prime jumps in front of them and takes the shot unharming him. He then kills Soundwave. Meanwhile back outside Unicron is not dead but merily injured. The 12 destroy Unicron and since the key brought the primes back alive it also brought back the Fallen. They all destroy the Fallen and tell Sam that he will grant him one wish and he wishes for all the Autobots to be resurected including former decepticons that became autobots.Then Jazz,Ironhide,Optimus Prime,Bummblebee,Arccee,Rachet,Sideswipe and the rest have a Autobot reunion. And then the war is over

I want to the next movie to let in on how the Transformers work. How are they born, and how do they grow and how their bodies work. I'm curious to what the movie versions have in store in the Transformers logistics.

Do popular Transformers have to stay the forms they are in now? Does Optimus Prime have to stay a truck? The Autobots flew into Earth, why can't they fly around now? If they had to leave Earth, how would they do it if they couldn't fly?

What I'd love to see in TF3

1. Sunstreaker - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, I'd like to see the original Lamborghini Twins (even if they're not Lambos) - prankster Sideswipe and narcissist Sunstreaker. A nice reunion would be a good subplot. No more of the Spongebob Squarepants twins or at least, relegate 'em to the background.

2. Grimlock - don't need all of the Dinobots, but Grimmy seeing Jurassic Park 3 and being inspired by that Giant Mechanical T-rex in Monster Truck Rallies would be great. We could have the 'Bots all going: "Grim, the idea is to blend in!" Smart Grim who deliberately or is unable to talk straight because of battle damage would be great. "Me Grimlock SMASH Decepticons!"

3. Wrench-throwing Ratchet - he's the Autobots' Dr. McCoy! We need more screentime! Wrench-throwing, ticked-off-at-Lambo-twins Ratchet is love!

4. Ironhide screentime - he's the Bad-Aft of the group and he hasn't really had a good hero moment for 2 films already! Give the 'bot a chance!

5. Prowl - either he's Barricade and he makes a comeback to the Autobots or he comes in as the cool, logical tactician we all know and love. Either way, I'm game.

6. Robot characterization and screentime - would love to see SOMETHING made of the new characters other than just throwaways. I realize we can't fit every subplot in the movie but a line or a scene would do it for me.

7. The World Must Know About the Transformers - I'd love for the movie to end with that magical moment of the whole Earth realizing that we are not alone and despite the fact that we've got Bad Aliens, there are Good Aliens fighting along side us. It's gotta end with the ordinary people deciding to fight alongside the 'Bots and welcoming them here. Call me an idealist but hey, this is a cartoon and a fairy tale. I'd like to see a hopeful ending.

I agree about keeping the original Autobots alive, and Sideswipe. He's too cool to kill.

I like the idea of humans taking sides of the Decepticons. I would also like the third movie concentrate on the military guys instead of Sam and Mikaela. Epps and Lennox are cool characters and deserve more background. They're the Lando and Hans of the Transformers movies.

I'm also surprised they didn't have a story on humans doing some not so nice things to an Autobot. And the Bumblebee thing in the first movie doesn't count. I'm talking about really horrible things that make you really hate those humans.

But IDK about a three hour movie. Depends on the story and how it's pulled off. If it's like Titanic or the Abyss, forget it. If it's like LOTR, then yeah, I wouldn't mind it.

Ratchet usually becomes a sort of medical vehicle I think. I think he's done it since G1, but maybe someone else would know better?

The movie opens with multiple attacks around the world from the decepticons.
The Autobots were asked to leave the earth in the hope the dcons would do the same.
Megatron just sees this as the chance to take over the planet and enslave all humans.
Megatron who is badly hurt from t2 now gets dumped in space by starscream who sees this as his chance to take over command of the decepticons and earth.
The government see that they made a big mistake and desperately try to make contact with the abots.
At this moment they could introduce a dinobot(grimlock) in the same way they did with megatron.
Grimlock crashed on earth in the dinosaur age and his ship automatically scanned a dinosaur form for him.
They found him and kept him frozen also.
They see he has an autobot symbol so they activate him in order to make contact.
Now the abots arrive and big battles follow.
Order has now been somewhat restored.
At this point BLASTER receives an sos signal from the twins(there they are) they are on a surveillance ship when they are attacked by unicron who is destroying a planet and sucking them in.
He is headed for cybertron to destroy all transformers and obtain the matrix.
The government now finds out that earth lies on its path.
Megatron is now being recruited by unicron(becoming Galvatron) to prepare his coming.
Galvatron attacks earth and kills bumblebee(hate me for it, but it works for the drama and impact)He could be replaced by HOT ROD as his new friend and car.
Earth heavilly under attack autobots and decepticons decide to have a temporary peace in order to stop unicron.
Unicron ofcourse being not as big as in the cartoon but more like a big asteroide or small moon.
Now dcons and abots come driving and flying in from every street.
You could now have beautiful cameraview flying over a city wher you see them coming from everywhere side by side heading towards unicron who has now been transformed into robot form and crashed on earth.
Many transformers get destroyed, and this is the moment galvatron realizes there soon will be nothing to rule over anymore.
He decides to tell prime that the matrix is the only thing that can destroy him.
After destroying him prime falls down, exhausted.
Now starscream points a gun at him and says he's going to kill him.
Galvatron kills starscream and tells prime there will be peace for the moment.

Some points:

-Theres still room for humor, especially with abots and dcons working together. And the first one who should attack unicron must be wheelie, him kicking against his foot or something.
-Please more talking,debating,discussing robots and the humans a little more to the background.
-And the solution to the fear that there will be to many robots is simple.
Like the first movie have a basic team of autobots and decepticons who are on the foreground with much screentime, and put other robot on the background and sometimes say a few words, and not the humans in the foreground and the most important robots in the background saying a few things like in t2.

Good plot I really like it...add some finesse there and u could b on to something... 1 thing i think would b kool is have Megatron upgraded to Galvatron by another means...say Starscream betrays Megs when he is injured, and Soundwave retrieves Megs torn up body and he undergoes an upgrade, which is extremely painful and near torture... so much so it alters his sanity and with his massively upgraded body (giving him power to take on both Prime and Ultra Magnus) he develops the Galvatron persona through insanity and Unicron seduces him with promises of power when he is mentally unstable, hence why Galvs accepts? it kinda makes sense, is a bit muddles but u can see where im coming from...make Galvs very unpredictable and dangerous!!!

Even if you don't have him betrayed by Starscream... after his humiliating defeat by Prime he orders his Decepticons to upgrade him (which is dangerous and risky) and only a really strong willed Transformer can survive it (hence why they don't all just do it) and like i said, he goes insane as a "side affect" which gives him the Galvs persona... keep Weaving as the voice just synthesize it more - really deep and vicious, and one fight which im so keen on is Galvs vs Prime/Magnus...he kills Magnus and belts Prime around... Have some deaths on both sides...sooo much potential o yeah!!!

I just want to say that movie was one of the worst, the first was terribly mediocre (Jessica Alba as eye candy made the two films bearable), and I'd say its not nearly as popular or as good as the Transformers films.

I think if Transformers 3 is the very last, I hope there is much less of pointless human essence/pointless non-human essence (i.e College, Sam's parents, the Twins, the government, etc.) If it is a finale, lets concentrate on plot, the Transformers (like what created the All-spark, Cybertron, etc.) I hope the focus changes a little, from not just the safety of Earth, but the safety of the Universe. A 3rd party faction (Unicron) to go with the other factions such as Decepticons and Autobots. More story about the Transformers race, a Cybertron = Primus tie in. If it is the last Transformers film, lets go out with a bang! (Bayhem style!)


As a side note: I read an article about producer Lorendo Di Bonaventura (sp?) opinions on Transformers 3, and he doesn't like the idea of Unicron (being that it is too big, comparing it to FF2 Gallactus). It already isn't canon. And who cares if it is or isn't? It stifles artistic interpretation if you just rehash the same crap over and over again. MB took the series in a new direction, and for that, I'm glad. You could just watch the animated movie and make up your own stories if all you are suggesting is different versions of a movie that has already been done.

But what is the name of the movie? Transformers. What is this movie based on? A toy line and a cartoon. It can't do every thing, yes... it would be beyond expensive and impossible. However, it shouldn't feel like the Adventures of the geeky boy, how he gets with the most unbelievably attractive woman on the planet, and his alient robots that are his body guard.

I liked the first two movies alot, but there is so much that can be done and potential for this to be a great movie - and rather not known as the "craptastically mediocre movies" but quite a few people.

As for Unicron and Primus, not only was it in G1, it was in Armada, Energon, Cybertron, etc. Primus and Unicron is as important as the Autobots and the Decepticons.

the decepticons and autobots were all reinterpreted for the movie. they look a lot different from g1. so if they bring in unicron and primus if they use them at all, it's only natural for the producers to make them look different to fit the movie's storyline. jetfire was changed from a cybertronian jet into an sr-71, they did a great job. i won't be against michael bay changing unicron if he decides to use him in the movie.

How about if the movie starts as a flash back at Cybertron to show the battle that was taking place between Autobots and Decepticons. Show how Bumblebee's vocal processor got damaged and that Prime launched the cube into space, then Title comes up and movie starts at present time.

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but they should have every Autobot have a badass moment of awesomeness. I felt that Rachet, Ironhide, Arcee and Jolt were shortchanged for ROTF, so it would be cool if each had a respective moment of badassness. If they do Unicron, or some other big bad Transformer, get Leonard Nemoy to do the voice for the role. A scene that involves the decepticons killing the majority of the autobots except a select few like Sideways, Ironhide, Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet. So that we can develop the core team of autobots while making room for a few new ones. Megs getting some kind of power up from something. A scene in a firepit/lavapit or on cybertron with fire please Michael Bay how awesome would that be. And more use of blue I noticed in the first Transformers movie there was a lot of blue and cool colors used in the shots to give it a more wonderish spielbergian type feel. Then Rotf used yellow and warm colors and it lost a bit of the wonder. Teamwork from the autobots one of my fave parts from TF1 was when the autobots took down the tank transformer working as a team that's what separates them from deceptions and it'd be cool to see it. Oh and the death of the twins I don't hate them but they're so useless to the plot Bay would gain a lot of street cred from the fan base if he killed them maybe in a heroic way. OH AND ABOVE ALL no more desert scenes please especially because they keep shooting in the same place and reusing footage. Oh yea and soundwave getting hurt somehow and reverting to his voice coder.

It's a given that the original series would not translate well to live action. There will NEVER be an all robot, G-1-ish looking movie, because it would fail...terribly. The G1 cartoon hasn't aged well. I should know, seeing as I was a huge fan when it was originally on.

I'm not saying that it should be tooth and nail similar to its G1 counter parts, nor am I saying that they be a carbon copy of the series. I do think it should respect a little bit of its roots (it would make one portion of its illustrious and large fanbase, pleased). Lets be honest, the current story with the human element is far from brilliance - it just lives off its action sequences. There just isn't enough interaction between the Transformers, which should not be the case. I think a Primus vs. Unicron twist (hey, the Matrix is in the movies, eh?) would fall right up MB's alley (y'know, BIG explosions).

Maybe so, but its characters remain the same or similar to themselves. The Decepticons take over Cybetron for their own purpose, the Autobots want to restore balance - that remains similar, just that they fight over the All-spark and the war caused death of many civilians on Cybertron.

Of them all, Optimus is the closest thing to the original (hence the classic Peter Cullen Optimus Prime voice), its design is the one thing that shows its origins more so, than compared to other Optimus Prime variants I've seen (Armada, Engergon, Cybertron and Animated).

Like I've said, the story line isn't anything special and its main feature - only things going for it is its action, Peter Cullen one liners and its score. I think any changes to its story line would be warm welcomed. As for Primus and Unicron, like I've said... they can fit them if the fight goes to space and off Earth. Sorry but I just don't see Primus and Cybertron being two very different entities.

How are you envisioning it, exactly? Would Arnie's voice be modified to sound more menacing? Or would it just be his normal voice? Because I'm having a hard time picturing Unicron speaking with an Austrian accent, that's if he actually will speak with it if it were to ever happen. It would also depend on the look, size, presentation, all of that mumbo jumbo, etc of the movie-verse Unicron, should he be in movie 3. I'm just having a hard time piecing it together.

As of ideas taken from G1 (aside that most ideas will be considered treky or star wars... face it, they come from space):

-Megatron plans to ram Cybertron into earth (yeah, hi is rly pissed) with the aid of a mighty robot Unicron (not necessarily a planet robot, just a big one); however prime stops the threat with the matrix and the robot planet hovers the earth as a new metallic moon.
-Starscream and Megatron steal robot convicts data banks and create the Stunticons (combiner, duh!) while them abots make some of their own (Aerialbots, Dinobots... pick a choice).
-Introduce the space bridge thing. Regroup all abots on earth for an all out attack to rid the universe from dcons... and so they end up in a small planet where they encounter Trypticon; abots rebuild Omega Supreme from the first war.
-Some human-like robots (Sam touches a protoform) create the first powermaster Megatron and some dcons, then Prime and some abots (Sam and Bumble Bee/Prime, Mikaela and an Arcee model combine... makes sense :p).
- Primus and Unicron... more ancient robots... i just don't see it happening. But Unicron as an outcast transformer, imprisoned or something and wants a piece of prime for being a descendant.
-How about Nemesis and Teletran 1; ships long forgotten and they turn out to be transformers as well!!! Two huge robots duke it out.
-Them Quintessons return to take back their creations, the transformers (slaves); abots and dcons join forces to fight them as they have the ability to create transformers from anything electrical (like the all spark). Story would go on explaining how they left the allspark in Cybertron as they ventured to other planets to drain power resources and/or energy...

Well, I was sort of imagining Arnold's voice being only slightly modified - pitched down a little, add some bass to make him sound more demonic - but still recognizable.

In my opinion, I think the Austrian accent would be perfect for a character as OTT as Unicron in a "corny-but-cool" way.
