Human-like transformers in transformers 2?

If Mr Bay does read this i am sure he'll manage to resist posting anything as someone somewhere may call it news about the film. But as a fan of the movie and for my first post I'd like to ask if any of you think that the autobots that may respond to prime's message in the sequel might have made a few modifications themselves?

Human-transformers would a big step and give them interesting directions both as bad and good guys. Or is it a little too much terminator 1 and 2?

Do you think it would ruin the whole image of transformers or enhance it? I definitely think the new bad guys should have a step up on Prime and his band of brothers, otherwise where's the challenge?

EDIT: Oh and happy thanks giving to you guys in the states, here in the UK we've only got Christmas to wait for.. lame

Thanks for the well-wishing, although it is a bit funny since our ancestors were being thankful for successfully leaving England...I'm not. I love the UK. God save the Queen! And God save Top Gear!

Anywho, I think human-looking transformers would be too Terminator, or too Battlestar Galactica, really. It would kill a lot of the "wow factor" if a bunch of the huge alien shape-shifting war-fighting robots from outer space were only six feet tall and looked all fleshy.

But I do think they should find something in that vein to kick the concept up a notch, to keep raising the bar and making us all say "oooooooh!"

I am not sure if having cyborgs face off with the transformer would be wrong. They probubly already have in the comics or in one of the cartoons.

It sounds more like something the humans would cook up to fight the TFs, rather than a TF itself. Which might be very cool. Like Nightbird, from the old series.
