For any Macross/Robotech and Anime fans in general.

This is the new series scheduled to celebrate Macross's 25th anniversary, the teaser was shown a couple on months back in japan, but it has just been released a few days ago for everyone to see.

It's the same production team behind Macross Zero (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilOT3ljGw_U) (Macross Zero was very expensive 5-Episode OVA) The difference between the 2 shows is that Macross F is supossed to be a full series, which usually degrades the quality of the animation since the budget per episode is supossed to be a lot lower than that of a shorter OVA production. Yet from what the teaser has shown the 2D elements are every bit as good, if not better than those in Macross Zero, I was gladly surprised to see this. I have very high hopes for this new series, too bad American audiences won't be able to see this unless they buy bootlegs from japan :/

Wow, I wanna see that. I liked the Macross they were showing on Encore for a while each night on Ani-Midnight. I think it was Zero it was great. Hopefully cartoon network will pick it up.

Macross Zero was sooo damn awesome. If this is the same team behind Zero then consider me VERY excited!

Yea that was it Macross Plus. I haven't seen Zero. I just miss the day when Robotech came on Sci-Fi early in the morning right after or before Transformers and G.I. Joe. I watched em every morning before I went to my 3rd grade class room :D
