Why does it take so long for new members to this site to be allowed to post?

Ive never encountered a site with such a long activation period. Almost a week past before i was allowed to make posts.

Please fix this or else people wont ever visit your site.

Oh and i had to email a few people just to get my account activated. No new member should have to resort to such methods simply to post on PUBLIC forum.

This NEEDS to be rectified.

1.- Unless you and everyone else pays for this forum, it isn't a public one.

2.- Recently people have to be filtered 'cause we have people with your tone threatening to hack the site and conducting DOS attacks.
