Please note that the pic on the left IS NOT Jazz.

Here's the main article: http://jalopnik.com/5113113/gm-to-auction-near+classics-from-corporate-museum

You have to look for his name down on the list.

Ya know, if you think of it, TF2 seems like the only decent bailout GM is gonna get.

:deadhorse1: I bet they are selling the TF1 Jazz because they are using a new car for TF2 :lol

Ha! So when Bay said Jazz is dead, he simply meant this car?

And the plot thickens...don-don-don...

Yeah, it sucks GM has to sell out those cars.. but if Jazz will be back by any chance, he doesn't have to keep being Solstice.
But if this was a movie Peterbilt, I'd have gone nuts!

Let's see...Pontiac and Saturn are rumored to be up for sale...Jazz as a Cadillac?

You do realize that we are mis-informing...or are we?

We are part of the mis-information campaign and we don't even know it! HA! That's Dreamworks'/Hasbro's plot...making us misinform ourselves! How clever!

the cars in that list are amazing one off creations. Ford did this a while back selling off some of its concepts and proto's in its collection.

Just a shame that they would sell these but some lucky collectors will get a peice of auto history.

Also Pontiac is not gone..shrinking but not gone. Saturn is...its a toss up and GM has till the end of March to come to a conclusion.

Pontiac is in the top 3 in sales for GM. And Jazz I think is going to be a big catch for someone. If I had the money I would buy it and repro the peices using the original as a mold. So many on the Solstice board want a Jazz so bad.

Why would anyone want to own a vehicle that has been ripped into two :-x

A guy in my complex is an engineer for a firm that produced after-market kits for the Solstice and Sky. I spent some time in their hardtop kit. I thought it was poorly designed with way too much vibration.

I will be sad to see Saturn go. Hopefully they will find a buyer. The Saturn product was a good little car. I personally think they helped change the car buying mentality in the 90's.

Would love to see a website or something for thier offerings for the Sky.
And yea many of the kits for the aftermarket are not perfect on the two.

I really dont think they thought of a hardtop to fit on these cars at all.

it really is a shame, but I'd definately take advantage of this... IF I had the money.
