Man, I love it when I don't expect anything and being blown away by it...
I just downloaded the "Jumper" trailer, didn't know and expect anything, just downloaded it because of Sam Jackson... and this looks fucking amazing.
I have no clue how the movie will be, usually I'm not interested in "superhero kind of stuff", but yeah. Looks awesome. And has the Island trailer music in it. ;)
First trailer / teaser in a long time Im watching more than once.

PS: Damn, I don't think I really really like a real long trailer when I think about it. All those shorter teasers are what get to me.
Oh and I love Rachel Bilson.. Don't exactly know why.. but yeah.

I'm experiencing the reverse.
Always been a fan of Liman's work, so I was looking forward to this. I thought the trailer looked lame, cheap, and gimmicky. I was expecting to see "A Lee Tamahori Film" pop up at the end.

I heard they bastardized the books so I'm not interested. Plus Hayden is an ass who ruined Darth Vader for me ... 0h, and he looks like Eric Foreman with his hair short.

He couldn't direct to save his life, except "Die Another Day." I liked that movie.
As for this trailer, I think it looks way cool. I'll be going to see it.

You liked Die Another Day? To me that's the worst Bond movie ever and I'm a lifelong Bond fan. But then I hated all of Brosnan's run mostly because they cannibalized John Gardner's Bond novels and never gave credit or even mentioned him.
Die Another day's Ice Palace ... oh, you mean the ice palace from the book Icebreaker? Asian bad guy Col Moon ... oh, you mean Colonel Sun from the book Colonel Sun?

I agree, and they kept using the same freaken sound effect like 7 times! Whenever they would "Jump", there's this sound effect that plays that's from like a billion other trailers. It's annoying when I catch things like that. Just like M:I-III, it uses a sound effect that's been used tons of times in the past 3 years, and now since M:I-III, it's actually been used way more. Like in the last part of the Iron Man teaser.
