Yes she is. What's interesting is that Wind Sheer was originally the name for a male Decepticon jet (http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Wind_Sheer_%28Universe%29). I already had the name for my fembot before I even knew that. I just think the name would also fit a female Autobot coupe.:D

Yeah, I recall seeing that on wikipedia when scoutin' out names. I did the same I checked all the posible names of transformers and Swift wasn't one of them. My advice, just don't say you are datin Windsheer without saying shes a female autobot. Otherwise, people may think your gay!

Actually Torque is the Tundra. Ricochet is the Honda Ridgeline.

It was taken from the F-35 lightning Stealth fighter, alot of the consept is similiar to screamer but there are a few differences.

Awesome stuff, but I do have a few things to say about it. in the movie Prime illustration, I think there is a lot of dead air at the top of the piece. also I think you could show a little more of prime. I know what you were trying to do with the large sky and the half revealed Prime, but I don't think it is working as much as it could be.


In Prowl's Room, I thing Prowl could be more of a focal point. I know you are trying to conceal him a bit, but he is kind of the whole point of the work. so maybe some elements to make him pop wouldn't hurt. also, you could have had more over lapping with him and the tree. over lapping is one of your best friends when it comes to depth. The crop you used on Prowl is dangerously close to his waist and wrist so just be careful and pay attention to where you cut off your characters. the closer to joints you get, the more they look like amputees.

With the Starscream smile, I think you could have moved him to the right. there is too much background behind his head that isn't doing any thing.

now, I only said all that, because I think you have some really great stuff going on in your work. Keep it up, and never stop learning or striving to be better. In, closing my major suggestion is to pay attention to the camera shots and compositions professional artist used. If you could learn all the different types of shots and camera angles, that would be even better. your colors are great, and i really love your ideas. Rendering is spot on as well. Really good work, keep it up. :D

Thanks for all the tips, great stuff. I would love to learn more camera stuff and I'm hoping to take some community college classes to. Everything I do right now is all self taught and just messing around. I've tried to read up on photography but I just can't get the lingo down. I tend to only learn with hands on work.

Not everything has to be a single line, look up comic book concept art, with multiple strokes and highlighting the one you like the best. You're still in school, I assume... you have art teachers, don't be afraid to talk to them. Art teachers are (usually) great people and will help you develop your talent. They want nothing more than to actually be able to help guide someone artistically talented, because most kids take their classes for an easy A.

I am well aware of the fact that art teachers are great people and can help me, but I didn't make these drawings to show people how much of an artist I am. they are simply grade A fun in which I just wanna say "Hey man, check out what I drew cuz I was bored." I also just wanted to put names with faces for the upcoming fan fic Swift and I are writing. But I will try to improve on my drawings to make them look nicer. dude was trying to give some helpful advise and your response was, some of us don't need advice, because we are naturally awesome. I know what concept sketches are. I do concept sketches. this pics would not fly. I haven't posted here, because I pretty much don't know what to say half the time. I don't know what words I could offer up to help you guys. then someone comes along and he HAS THOSE WORDS, and still they are not appreciated. there is something seriously wrong with that.

well giving the amount of glyphs it was actually easier to free hand then stencil, and the insignia would probably been the only thing I would stencil, but I had confidence in my art ability so free hand worked just fine, the whole thing took about two hours to do from beginning to end.

yes and I know how to make graphite paper with the use of velum, but it was cooler do do by hand, though if I challenge myself with an actural transformer on wood then I wil use graphite paper to transfer the lines, thank you though for the info.
