I saw an Ebay link on the site itself, Transformers2.com. What do you think it will sell for? I may bid myself.

there ya go. there is also a direct links on transformers2.com that links straight to it. Bid is still $1,000. That can't last much longer.

Yeah, they have so many domains to choose from... Usually a "themovie" is at the end of the domain, but they could go for a
www.paramount.com/movies/trasnformers2
or something like that....

Wow, 10,100 Dollars. Why would anyone want to buy this? The producers/studios should already have a preset website for their movie.

maybe someone will buy it and start a fan site. can you imagine the # of hits that site will get as it gets closer to the release date. you could probably set up Google Adsense and just collect checks, haha. i would bid but its gone way past my bank account lol

Transformers is a trademarked name and the domain name Transformers2.com (as with all other variants) will be taken from the current owner at no cost to Hasbro. Keep this in mind to whomever thinks of purchasing it.

I'm sure the guy is looking to get money from the studios or whatever but what if the guy who bought it was planning to make a non-profit Transformers site? How is that fair that Hasbro can take it away from him?
Are you saying that all Transformers fan created sites cannot have the word Transformers in it?
