The resurrection of MEGATRON?

So a lot of people want megatron resurrected and the question seems to be how do we get this done? Heres my take on how it happens.

Starscream goes back to Cybertron to announce the death of Megatron and pronounce himself the new Decepticon ruler. This doesn't sit well with Shockwave or Soundwave, whichever one you prefer, upon hearing this they decide to not only retrieve Megatrons body but, also a full out attack on Earth. Meanwhile Prime along with the government would be on earth retrieving the autobots that answered his signal he sent out. The government with the help from ironhide would be preparing their defense.

As for the setting of the film it would be nice to see that earth tech had jumped forward a bit due to the study of transformer tech. Something akin to what was in the island and minority report.

Shockwave would send out a group of jets along with tidalwave to locate megatrons body. This would be a rather difficult job seeing as how megatron is not active and a big chunk of the ocean needed to be searched. eventually they find his body and attack the autobots and america in order to provide a distraction so they can take megatrons body back to cybertron.

basically the battle ensues decepticons start to get pushed back and all of a sudden the constructicons are called in... guess what happens next.

at the end of the movie you see that primes signal however ends up reaching an unattended target known as unicron who intercepts the jets with megatrons body. That big orson wells vocie booms out MEGATRON and the screen is black.

basically the battle ensues decepticons start to get pushed back and all of a sudden the constructicons are called in... guess what happens next.

Let me guess.. Superion comes and kicks some Devastator butt? lol.. I dunno why.. but my favorite gestalt was always Computron.. maybe that was cuz he was the first Gestalt I actually ever had.. even though he's too slow at making a decision.. once he computes it, he kicks some major bootay!!!!

I dont think Earth technology should have been boosted. It wouldnt be Transformers. In my opinion anyway. The robots are the spectacle of the matter, no what the humans can do.

I think the Decepticon ocean base that rises out of the water and has a all those hatches around it should be the Ship that carries the Decepticons to Earth and when it scans Earth upon arrival, it located Megatrons radiation signature and lands in the ocean where it revives him. Since nobody expects him to be alive, it will come as a great shock during the movie when an unknown robot form starts fighting the Autobots and yells out... Im Back...Primmmeee........

Megatron was a great loss for the fandom in the last movie. To a lot of people, including myself, it felt like there would only be one movie because of that. Even though there were still remaining Decepticons, they would have probably gone back to Cybertron and claimed that as their home planet, whilst the Autobots would have co-existed with the humans on Earth.
On the other hand, maybe the next movie would be a revenge film, with, of course Starscream, leading the Decepticons, possibly to gain their respect while they avenge the death of their former leader.

Blackout answers your question cade;about the attack on earth.Though our goverment can monitor incomming things from space.Identifing,them is another thing.Once here why not change to a less conspicuos form.As for barricade he needs to be in the next film,in my opinion.he the only real undamaged decepticon in the last film besides scream and a hurt tail skorpinok.

Uhh.....if you have the HD DVD version and your HD DVD player is hooked up to teh intranet....it'll say that Prime was on Mars. Bumblebee sent the message to Prime who was on Mars and it took like 5 seconds or something like that to reach Prime on Mars.

It also says that Bumblebee was the one that destroyed the mars rover (remember the clip that sector seven had for the mars rover?) Yeah....I didn't buy that at first, but upon further thinking, it was just a shadow and he was in his prototype form. And they didn't know if the rover was a spy for the decepticons or not, or a decepticon itself.

I dun see unicron heading in this franchise. It'll be to galctus w/o calactus. Although it would be cool to have Billy Bob make an appearance at nasa at the approach of a NEO as the cons make their landing. Especially i the nemisis IS a carrier.

Well with Megatron being as powerful as he is, combining his already potent self with the allspark could be a good start for reviving the beast. True, it is pretty easy to make a robot work again. But if they did have Megatron come back, would it really be the same Megatron? Because I can see his body being used again, but his spark was destroyed by the all spark and he would need a new one, and this new one would have a different personality.

i guarantee you that the small piece of the all spark that prime pulled out of megatron at the end of the movie will somehow be the reason megatron is revived as his former self. Something along the liens that the small piece of the all spark left contained within it a piece of megatrons spark.

at the end of the movie you see that primes signal however ends up reaching an unattended target known as unicron who intercepts the jets with megatrons body. That big orson wells vocie booms out MEGATRON and the screen is black.

okay, but i just hope that the screenplay will be more focalized on the decepticon psychology you know (the reasons of their evil, why do they want to destroy everything!!!:)) and also the story of the autobots (i guess that Optimus is the Brother of Megatron no ? the genesis of their life, how they has been created? ) so it's the perfect occasion to talk about them, and also of Cybertron!!!
there is so much questions on the Transformers mythology that this sequel have the obligations to answers us about that...

lol, okay i didn't have watch the movie in O.V, but in the french version, when Optimus fighting against Megatron, he said "one of us will survive, my brother" (Higlander ! lol:D) and i want to understand what the hell they are brothers?

i'll check in english to verify if he declares it!

In English Optimus says to Megatron "At the end of this day, one shall stand, one shall fall (my favorite line:D)" and when Sam kills him, Prime says "you left me no choice, brother."
