Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson let slip a possible tease on his Twitter feed (https://twitter.com/#%21/TheRock/status/203150721594568705), responding to a fan who said that they could “see Rock playing in DC movies. Gravedigger or John Stewart (JL's Green Lantern)”
“Funny U say that …” was Rock’s only reply, but it was more than enough to get subsequent commentors to begin speculating wildly on whether or not Johnson was ready to try his hand at the superhero genre.

I think the Rock will fit well in a DC super hero movie. And just imagine a Justice League movie with Batman (Christian Bale), Superman (Henry Cavill), Green Lantern (Ryan Reynolds) and whoever the Rock would play. :)

Could Dwayne play Lobo for DC Comics?


Last week, a random Twitter user mentioned her desire to see The Rock as a DC superhero. Dwayne Johnson, forever in touch with his fans, tweeted in response, “Funny U say that… (https://twitter.com/#%21/TheRock/status/203150721594568705)“ That obviously sparked fervent speculation. Bleeding Cool (http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/05/21/expect-to-see-the-enchantress-in-thor-2-but-how-about-the-rock-in-lobo/) followed up with an interesting possibility: the antihero biker Lobo. Bleeding Cool admits their source is untested, one who purportedly overheard Johnson boasting at a party that he will play Lobo. But the rumor is a good fit. There is a Lobo adaptation in development. Brad Peyton, the director of Johnson’s last movie Journey 2: The Center of the Earth, is steering the ship (http://collider.com/lobo-movie-brad-peyton/160658/). And no actor really has that Lobo physique other than The Rock. So all the pieces fit—we’re just missing the important ones that spell “O-f-f-i-c-i-a-l” across the top. We’ll put a pin in this for now.

Didn't notice the comment. As I mentioned the picture is on Mr. Johnson's FB page (http://www.facebook.com/DwayneJohnson) publicly, anyone can see it without logging-in. Maybe the fake account got the pictures from there.
