I don't want any of them back, but if one had to return, I would vote Starscream. We haven't really seen what he would be like as a Decepticon leader in Bay's films, plus his return can simply be explained away by his immortal spark (which could even be a plot device).

eagc7 I know that you want them back really hard but it just doesn't make sense. All of them lost their heads. It won't happen in the Bayverse. The only way it could work is flashbacks or time travel. And if they bring them back then why not bring Devastator, The Fallen, Jazz, Ironhide etc. Things just don't work that way. Sorry. You'll see them when the reboot happens (I guess after TF4).

I voted for Soundwave, just because he's my all time fave TF. However for TF4, I want none of them to return. They died, and I'm looking forward and hoping to see re-imaginings of other characters such as Astrotrain, Skywarp, the Stunticons, Galvatron, etc or even just new characters all together.

i dont care if they lost their heads, if bay decides to have them back, he could find a way to bring them back,

Starscream and Soundwave just need to have new reads built or their old heads rebuilt and of course get their spark re-activated, while Megatron simply needs his Head and Spine to be reattached into his body and have his spark re-activated

I dont consider Shockwave as a Main Decepticon, i only consider Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave as the main Decepticons, Considering how much focus they got, beign highly and even more involved in the plans of all 3 films (2 for Soundwave), Not to forgot they are appeared in almsot all 3 movies (2 for soundwave) that makes them the main decepticons of the film series

Honestly resurrecting the dead CONS wouldn't be creative at all. Nevertheless, Shockwave's designs came out really good and would be crazy if they gave him the Michael Myers treatment.

Think about it, an unstoppable Shockwave. :)

I'm not sure what they have planned for TF4, but it's always nice to see the old CONS come back, even if it was a deleted scene.

no they do not count, for make them main cons both must had

1. Too much focus (They only appeared for few Scenes, while Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave had tons but tons of scenes and screentime)

2. beign highly and even more involved in the plans of all 3 films (Megatron, Starscream and Soundwave were the Ones who were more involved the most in the movies, Barricade and Scorponok were there jsut to help, but they didnt had an imporant role in the plans)

None. All the resurrection stuff gets redundant in my opinion after awhile.

If they do I would prefer Soundwave. And if they do that then bring back Ironhide somehow also.

I would bring back starscream, he could be tired of defeat and go on his own and bring in skywarp and thundercracker, and even the combaticons. So Autobots vs. Decepticons vs. Starscream and "them".

I wouldn't revive Megatron, have Galvatron a completely seperate character take his place. :)

I would much rather have Shockwave back than those three cons. Despite his small screen time, I loved Shockwave's design, and overall presence in the film. Even when he was off screen, I still remembered him, and going "Man, I can't wait for him to show up again."

Unicron is the answer. He can bring them back. Humans can dump their bodies in space.. only for Unicron to find them and reignite their sparks... maybe upgrade them a little along the way... Galvatron, Cyclonus and Scourge represent.

I know I know shut up with the G1 stuff already... one can dream :P
